Terms of use

The service

Cohelm Business Health Check (“the service”) produces an automated report about a website and its domain using publicly available information. By using the service you agree to these terms.

What the report is — and is not

The report is an automated, point-in-time reading of public signals. It is provided for information and is not legal, security, financial or professional advice. Checks can be wrong: sites block scanners, third-party data is sometimes unavailable, and automated rules cannot capture every configuration. Verify findings before acting on them, and see how the score works for the method and its limits.

Acceptable use

Paid reports

Where paid reports are offered, the price is shown before payment and covers the specific report purchased. Because reports are generated instantly, refunds are at our discretion; if a report is clearly defective, email us and we will make it right.

Intellectual property

The service, its check definitions, scoring model and site content are owned by Cohelm. You may share your own report freely. The facts in a report about your website are yours.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cohelm is not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, the service or its reports. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
